Professor Alina Grygorova

Leadership and governance (CEO)

Professor Alina is our core leader bridging together patients, doctors, researchers and governments' agencies to bring our work to the successful real outcome. Professor Alina is practicing craniofacial surgeon and the Head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Maxillo-Facial Surgery and Implantology, Kharkiv National Medical University, Ukraine

Dr. Tamara Levit

CPO - Regional Chief Program Officer (USA) 

Tamara Levit, DDS, holds a doctoral degree from New York University College of Dentistry, specializing in neuromuscular pathology of the stomatognathic system and its connection to musculoskeletal imbalances resulting from both acute and chronic trauma.

She is the Founder and CEO of a nonprofit organization that provides administrative and coordination services for wounded soldiers from underserved communities with complex, combat-related musculoskeletal trauma, helping them access treatment and rehabilitation to restore functionality and improve their post-injury lifestyles.

Dr. Oksana Vasylieva, MD, PhD.

Chief Programme Officer (CPO), Ukraine

Oksana Vasylieva, PhD in Medical Genetics, holds a doctoral degree from Kharkiv National Medical University (KhNMU). She is Associate Professor of KhNMU Physiology Department. Member of American Physiological Society (APS) science December 2016 till present. The main area the scientific research: genotypic and phenotypic features of the healthy and diseased organisms’ adaptive capacity.  In 2016 she got degree of Master of Business Administration from Ukrainian State Engineering Pedagogical Academy (Kharkiv). Since then, Oksana has been coordinating various international projects at the KhNMU level and beyond.
Currently, Oksana Vasylieva heads the department of international relations and grant work at KhNMU.

Olha Lenska

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Having Master Degree in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and years of professional experience in Rehabilitation Olga is our irreplaceable leader of all our practical work with the patients. Not only she takes on herself the most difficult work to directly assist, inspire and support the injured, she also coordinates our activities to succeed in rehabilitation of the patients.

Her professional insights helps us to bridge the patients with the correct specialists and deliver right medical help on time. Olha is also Leading specialist of International Relations & Grant Work Office of Kharkiv National Medical University, Ukraine, helping us to keep legal and financial flows well arranged and transparent.

Dr. Anastasiia Fadieieva

Chief Development Officer (CDO)

Dr. Anastasiia is awardee of the competitive SINGA PhD fellowship, Singapore, Medical Biologist with more than 10 years of professional experience from the top research institutions of the world. Her professional experience gained across Europe, South East Asia and Australia drives the growth and development of Triple "R". Her combined qualifications and knowledge of numerous mentalities and societies allows us to gain partnerships and collaborations across the globe.

M.Sc. Heorhii Skliarov

Technical Director

Heorhii holds an M.Sc. in Biology (Genetics) from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and is a co-author of the scientific publication «A Study of the Reliability of Processing the Results of Assessing Biomarkers of Human Longevity», indexed in Scopus. During his studies at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, he actively participated in numerous international student conferences and youth forums. His research interests lie at the intersection of modern approaches to studying longevity, advanced methods of computer modeling and artificial intelligence. His expertise in international communication enables our team to facilitate professional collaboration among specialists across diverse age groups.
